Shipping Policy

 If your shipping amount seems odd please be assured you will only be charged our normal shipping charges.  We are working out the kinks in the shipping charge module of the website.

If you have concerns about a shipping charge please let us know, even if it's after a purchase.  We stick to the ideal "If it fits, it ships".  No one likes to be overcharged on shipping and we do our utmost to make shipping as economical as possible.  If an item can go first class, we will send it that way but it's nearly always as inexpensive to ship our parts Priority Mail inside & outside the United States.   If you don't see the shipping option that you think would be best let us know and we can discuss shipment by another option if possible.


HPA Sports only makes and sells legal accessories.

Please do not ask us to make you anything that lowers the report of your air gun such as silencers, moderators or L.D.C.s (lead dust collectors) or any other "neighborhood friendly devices"

It will not happen.

It's up to you, the buyer, to know the laws in your city, state or country and to fully comply with them. 

The following are examples of some state and local restrictions governing airguns and is policy, this is by no means a comprehensive list:

Shipping within the United States:

  1. Must be 18 years of age to purchase.
  2. No pellet guns sold to New Jersey, Philadelphia, New York City, Manhattan, Brooklyn, Bronx, Queens, Staten Island, Washington DC.
  3. Michigan residents must have FFL license for .22 cal and above.
  4. Illinois residents need to have a FOID license to buy a .22 cal or larger air gun.
  5. We do not and will not ship airguns or BB guns to Philadelphia, PA, Washington, DC, New York City and it's boroughs: Manhattan, Brooklyn, Bronx, Queens & Staten Island.  Long Island and the NYC zip codes affected are: 100xx-104xx, 111xx, 112xx, 114xx, 116xx.
  6. Residents of New Jersey can buy BB guns through a designated local gun store after acquiring an Airgun Permit.  Cite from New Jersey law: "A 'firearm' means any handgun, rifle, shotgun, air gun, gas gun, machine gun or 'any gun'."
  7. Johnson City, Tennessee: no airguns.
  8. NO EXCEPTIONS.

International Shipping

  1. Must be 18 years of age to purchase.
  2. All funds must be paid in full in U.S. currency via PayPal.
  3. Buyer assumes all responsibitly for lost orders.
  4. Buyer assumes all responsibility for orders held by customs.
  5. Buyer must pay all International Duty and Taxes.
  6. Seller assumes that the Buyer knows all their local laws.
  7. Buyer assumes all legal liability of the order.
  8. No refunds for orders lost in transit or held by customs
  9. We mark the customs forms as a "Commercial Sample" and "Metal and/or Plastic Parts".  I use the full dollar value of the order.
  10. NO EXCEPTIONS.
Shipping and Handling is calculated by postage and PayPal fees.

Return & Refund Policy

(Effective January 11th 2013)

You have 14 days from the time you receive your order to file any return claim.

No Refunds after 14 days.

Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)

  1. Customer may return a new un-wanted item with in 14 days of receipt of order. (Tracking information will be verified)
  2. Full refunds for unwanted item can only be given if items are in New Condition, resale-able and never installed.
  3. Un-wanted items original Shipping & Handling is non-refundable
  4. Customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
  5. Customer is responsible to make sure items are safely packaged for return shipping.
  6. No refund will be issued if items are damaged during return shipping. We suggest insuring your return.
  7. Damaged during shipping return claims are between the customer and the shipping carrier.
  8. No "Call Tags" will be issued.
  9. RMA must be requested with in 14 day return period from the time you received your order

Defective Item Return Claim (DIRC)

  1. DIRC must be filed with in 14 days. 
  2. Defective items will be thoroughly inspected and if it is found to be customer damaged, no refund will be issued.
  3. Return shipping is to be paid by customer
  4. Shipping refund-ability is determined upon inspection
  5. HPA Sports decision on DIRC is final on HPA Sports items.
  6. Blue Fork Designs DIRC's will be forwarded to Blue Fork Designs and their decision is final.
