Joe has been a busy guy getting parts made as quickly as possible to be ready for spring.  He's added several styles of brakes to our line up and is working on making a new extended bulk fill adapter for the Crosman 2260.

I've been working in my off hours on getting the website up and running and hope to have the shopping cart ready for use so we can get away from eBay and their limitations on what parts we can provide to our friends & customers.

Joe is also working on branching out into after market parts for rim fire as well.  He's also working on a couple of his personal guns doing a few modifications that he's been wanting to do for a while.  He just got his parts for Black Betty & the Ruger 10/22 charger that he started building earlier this year.  Hopefully the weather will hold and we will get out to do some plinking and whistle pigging this weekend.

Whistle pigging? I live in Denver, from Aberdeen, MD., lived in Tulsa, Coffeyville, KS, Arlington, TX., WTH is whistle pigging, and can I go with?

Joe (aka Muzzle Mack):
South West Idaho has some of the hottest spots for Whistle Pig (Townsend Ground Squirrel) hunting. When these little guys stand up they are about the size of a 12oz beer bottle.

Our hunting efforts are much appreciated by the open range cattle & sheep ranchers in the area. Many live stock must be put down if they fall into a den or bitten by some of the varmints out there.

We have the PANSAL Annual Spring Break out on the BLM land near Sandhollow, ID.
A group of 15-30 guys every year during the last weekend of April. This is a Air Gun only event. Most of the out of towners camp out at the event site.

You will see every kind of air gun imaginable, from the most common up to some of the most exotic & customs.

I've personally taken whistle pigs at over 150 yards with my custom PCP bench gun "Black Betty".

Anyone regardless of club or forum membership is welcome. No cost to come out for the weekend. Remember that this is High Desert and you should be prepared for various types of weather and conditions.

There are distance, speed shooting, Kill Count and even Air Gun Golf events to compete in for bragging rights.

There is a group of us that break off and also hunt with .22lr & .17HMR on the last day. Yea, we break the rules now and then.

There is talk of moving the event into late May when the whistle pigs are out in hoards.

The critters come out as soon as the sun starts melting off the snow and it runs till the temps stay above 90F. At one point I84 will get covered in guts from slow crossing squirrels. It's that thick out there.

Our whistle pig population is worse than Texas's wild hog problem.

This area is also heavily populated with coyote, skunk & badgers. It's a hot spot for all sorts of varmint hunting.

Happy Hunting,
Joe (aka Muzzle Mack)
